The applicable terms
of service depends on the date that you purchased your service.
If you upgraded or downgraded your service after your purchase,
you accepted the most recent terms of service at that time and therefore
the date of that upgrade or downgrade is the date to use. If you
canceled your service and then later reactivated it, the reactivation
date is the date to use. |
There are several ways
to find out. If you still have the order confirmation emails that
we sent you, you can refer to those. When you upgrade or downgrade,
we also send you a new order confirmation. You can go to Manage
My Services, and click "Billing Information" for the product you
wish to use. Then go to your billing history to see when you were
first charged or when the charge was changed to another product,
if you upgraded or downgraded. You can check your credit card statements
to see when you were first charged. If you can't find the date your
service began, please contact Customer Care. Each separate service
has its own applicable terms of service. If you purchased two of
the same service, the applicable terms of service will depend on
the date of purchase or the date of upgrade for each.
